ECHO is one of the leading companies in outdoor power equipment. With over 250 products and a strong reputation, ECHO continues to be a trusted choice for lawn care and outdoor maintenance.

I had the privilege of being their design intern throughout the summer of 2026. I was given a wide range of projects, from staff t-shirts for trade shows to large-scale window vinyls for their annual “Power-on-Athon” event.

LARGE SCALE WINDOW VINYLS

ECHO hosts an annual event in August at their headquarters called “Power-On-Athon,” where attendees spend the day doing product demos, factory tours, and have the chance to be the first to see new product launches.

I was tasked with creating a design that would fill the large windows in their largest conference room, where the welcome festivities and important announcements would occur.

DESIGN ELEMENTS

GOALS:

List out the day’s agenda

Add ECHO brand presence to the room

Help bring the event’s "marathon” theme to life.

The window panels incorporate the event’s marathon theme by taking the guests through a race course. Figurines of real ECHO products and a dashed trail map line move your eyes continuously through the window panels and the day’s agenda.

PR BOX CARD INSERT

When guests checked in to their hotel prior to the event, they received a gift box that teased some of what they would see at the event.

I designed the insert card that would be the first thing they would see when they opened the box.

QUICK REFERENCE MANUAL COVERS

PRODUCT FEATURE CALLOUTS

I worked on a large number of website assets for both ECHO’s website and the Home Depot website.

Using ECHO’s bank of application photography, I created a unified set of image assets that shoutout the features and benefits of each product.
